Privacy & cookie choices

Running your account and tools

Sign-in cookies, security checks and saved preferences keep the service working. Account, collection, portfolio, alert and billing records support the features you request. Rejecting optional cookies does not prevent you using these features.

Optional journey analytics

With your permission, we measure page visits, searches being used, filters, sorting, scrolling, buttons, sign-in destinations and outbound eBay clicks. We use this to understand and improve ETB Tracker, Card Finder and their buying journeys. We do not put typed search text, email addresses, purchase costs, alert thresholds or full URLs into the new journey event stream.

Visits use a random session ID that rotates after 30 minutes of inactivity. Confirmed account actions can be linked to an internal account key; this also lets us exclude known owner and test activity. The new journey records are kept for up to 90 days. Optional website analytics also use our Plausible analytics service at analytics.tcginvest.uk.

Optional masked recordings

If you also allow session recordings, a random 10% sample of eligible visits can be recorded on ETB Tracker and Card Finder. Recordings show page layout, pointer movement, scrolling and interactions. Text is masked, inputs and private areas are blocked, and recordings stop when you leave the supported pages. There is no audio, webcam or screen capture outside our pages. A page segment is limited to ten minutes, and uploads are bounded.

Recordings are stored on our servers for up to 14 days. Only our private administrator dashboard can play them. We do not record your activity on eBay or Google sign-in pages.

Your choice

Optional journey analytics and recordings remain off until you choose them. “Reject optional” is available alongside “Accept optional”. You can choose analytics without recordings, and reopen Cookie settings at the bottom left of the site at any time. Your choice is remembered for six months. Withdrawing permission stops future collection; existing records expire on the retention schedules above.

eBay links

Our eBay buying links include product, finish and placement tags, and may earn affiliate commission on qualifying purchases. They do not include your name, email or TCGInvest account key. eBay applies its own privacy and cookie choices after you leave our site. Outbound clicks do not prove that you made a purchase.
